Check in was quick, hotel was nicely designed, locations was FAVOURABLE close to everything. Incredibly attentive and extremely helpful staff in timely manner by staff and kept the venue reasonably clean. Quiet environment, I really enjoyed every moment. I got well-appointed and well furnished room with kitchen in good location.

It was in a particularly good location short walk to including supermarket. The breakfast was free with healthy options, the yummy waffles and the atmosphere was quiet.

The staff was exceptionally attentive - we would stay here again. The weather was warm, had pleasant stay for 3 nights on a business trip. Our room was great-sized and brand-new provided with kitchen and charging devices, for example. Our hotel was in a perfect and incredible location so close to the Amtrak station.

The room is spacious and stylish and has a large bathroom. The staff are very welcoming people in timely manner by staff.

That was extremely convenient and good standard hotel set in perfect area, not far from many good restaurants as well as the Portland Streetcar, activities of the Pearl District and all the quirky restaurants and shops nearby.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a full kitchen and very comfy bed and coffee maker and care about everyone.

The staff are friendly attentive and attentive and the room is functional with good facilities.

The hotel was perfect and absolutely gorgeous with courteous people in timely manner by staff. The location was marvellous and incredible for walking around a city park. Enjoyed the walkable area really close to the Pearl and Poineer square and excellent restaurants and shops.

There were too soft beds.

Close to a train station, the location was unbeatable and favourable, in all area of customer service. The breakfast was free and savoury with healthy options and the yummy waffles, for instance, the best I had in Portland.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, which was a great convenience. The location of the hotel was ideal, being in a central area of the city and close to many attractions. Additionally, the hotel staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We found the price to be a bit high for what was offered at the hotel. Additionally, there were too few elevators for the size of the hotel, leading to long wait times and crowded rides.

Everything was simply good. The hotel is spacious and perfectly clean with a nice restaurant, I had an excellent stay. Truly enjoyed how my suite was set up. The staff were knowledgeable, highly courteous.

Had very nice stay for 3 nights, the staff were respectful, location was ideal in the Pearl area. We had a reasonably large and fashionable room with a tub.
